How do I know I can trust Guarantee Girls?
Guarantee Girls have been in business for more than 28 years providing quality and reliable cleaning services to Baton Rouge and its surrounding areas. All of our maids are bonded, insured, background checked, uniformed and undergo drug testing company wide.
What should I do before Guarantee Girls arrive?
To make our cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you go on “clutter patrol”. This includes the pick up of clothing, toys, and other household items.
Do I have to be home during house cleanings?
Because the majority of our cleaning occurs Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., most of our customers are not home. Many keep a key on file at the Guarantee Girls office that is required for each girl to check out. Others may leave a key somewhere hidden on their property. Should you choose not to provide Guarantee Girls with a key and are also not home when our girls arrive, a cancellation fee may apply.
What if something is damaged during a home cleaning?
Guarantee Girls are sure to treat you and your home or business with the utmost respect. However, if something does unexpectedly break, we do our best to either repair or replace the item. All of our maids are fully insured, so claims are filed when appropriate.
What if Guarantee Girls misses a spot?
Our services offer reliable, quality home and business cleaning. Like all new relationships, however, miscommunication occurs and we may make an error. That’s why we offer a 24-hour guarantee, which means if you notify Guarantee Girls within 24 hours, our girls will correct their mistakes at no charge.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No, every Guarantee Girl comes prepared with all the cleaning supplies necessary to get the job done. We have a very strict “if we don’t bring it, we don’t use it” policy. The only thing that we require from you is water and electricity.
What happens if I need to reschedule my cleaning?
Guarantee Girls will try to accommodate you the best that we possibly can. Simply call 72 hours before your regular scheduled cleaning with a more convenient cleaning time. Without proper notice, our cancellation fee may apply.
What if my regular cleaning falls on a holiday?
About a week before the holiday, we will call to reschedule for a more convenient time when your regularly scheduled cleanings fall on a holiday.
